Chicago Restaurant Engagement
So when Brooke and Riley contacted me about shooting their wedding and filled out my initial contact form… They mentioned wanting to do their engagement photos at Homeslice Pizza. Just from that one point, I already knew that Brooke and Riley were meant to be my clients and that I needed to shoot their wedding!! I LOVE capturing the fun and unique places that hold special significance in your relationship. So let’s get to talking about their Chicago restaurant engagement session!
We ended up opting for my longer engagement session, a four-hour session. This is an add-on to a two-hour engagement session.. We did this so that we could take our time and do everything we wanted.
So we decided to get pizza and they drank some beers and we started our session right there! After pizza at Homeslice, we drove over to Oz Park, where Riley totally surprised Brooke when he asked her to marry him!! A quick stop there to relive those happy memories. Then on to shooting at their favorite view of Chicago, on top of a parking ramp of a Marianos. Seriously, the views were killer! After getting a little weird in the parking ramp, we ended our session at a proper rooftop bar, the J.Parker on top of the Lincoln Hotel, for some fancy cocktails and the last few photos to end the day. It was such a blast to get to know the two of them and I am SO excited for their wedding day!!
