Sheffield’s Wine and Bar Garden – Lifestyle Chicago Engagement Session

Lifestyle Chicago Engagement Session – Haleigh and Manan wanted something more fun and unique for their engagement session. What better way to spice up your engagement photos than having them at a bar!!

They decided they wanted their engagement session done at Sheffield’s Wine and Beer Garden in Downtown Chicago. Haleigh and Manan frequently go to this bar so it was fitting to have their engagement session done there! It was really cool because right at the time of their engagement session, bars were finally starting to open since the pandemic.

First, we took most of their photos in the beer garden and it came out beautifully!!! The brick and the greenery coming down the sides made this engagement session all the much more beautiful. We actually did this engagement on their original wedding date, since their wedding had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. I felt so happy to be able to help them make some memories that can can hold onto for that date.

Next we made our way over to the bar where they grabbed some beers and began cheersing. We even got to take photos in the booth where they met, which was so fun!!! There were people all around the bar congratulating the couple and cheersing them too. I think out of all the photos, my favorite photo of the bunch is seeing Manan hug Haleigh from behind at the table. Something about it is just so cute and romantic, I can’t get over it!

Lastly, Haleigh and Manan changed outfits and we went ahead and took photos out in the front of the bar. I absolutely love shooting engagement sessions that are truly meaningful to my couples. Going somewhere where you first met, or where you had your first date really makes these sessions all the more special and memorable.
