Stan Mansion Wedding

Crystal and Joe had such a beautiful day for their Stan Mansion wedding! Picture this, it is April and 60 degrees out, sunny with clear blue skies.  Mostly, I mention this because the next day we had the crazy April snowstorm that lasted about 24 hours after having 60 degree weather!!  I was so happy we got this beautiful day so we could move around to all  the locations we planned!!

I started the day with the ladies while my second was photographing the groomsmen at a house down the road.  One thing I love about Stan Mansion is that the getting ready room!! It is perfect for photos and all the glam hair and makeup things!  It makes it so easy when you can get ready at the same venue you are getting married at.

After getting ready we headed to the first look for all the feels!  Then we headed in a bus to Garfield Park Conservatory for photos!  I love shooting at the Conservatory in the winter/spring when the weather is unpredictable, it is so lush and  perfect for photos!!

I stayed a bit later than usual to cover the dance floor because Crystal and Joe love to dance.  They salsa-ed and did so many more different dances… I needed to be there to cover it all.  It was such a gorgeous day!! Congrats again Crystal and Joe!!
